Exploring Cooked dal rice Comfort Bowl: Dal Chawal Classic Dal & Rice Combo
✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
▼INGREDIENTS:
toor dal - 150 g
water 310 ml
mustard seeds and cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
dried red chilli - 4
curry leaves some
▼PROCEDURE:
rinsed the toor dal - 150 g thoroughly in running water after soak in 310 ml water and add slight turmeric and some oil
keep 3 whistle after turn off flame leave for some minutes to release pressure completely and then open and add required salt
pour some oil for tempering
mustard seeds and cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp and add dried red chilli - 4 and some curry leaves
and some hing powder after pour the tempering into the cooked dal and mix well
pour some water if it was thick consistency
serve this with hot rice
top up with ghee that gives nice aroma
