▼INGREDIENTS:

Broccoli - 1kg but after cuting stem its exactly 610 g

cinnamon - 5 small stick

fennel seeds - 1 tsp full

clove - 2

garlic - 17 g

ginger - 12 g

oil - as reqired

salt - 1/2 tsp

homemade masala - 1.5 tsp

coriander leaves fresh

water as required

▼PROCEDURE:

Broccoli - 1kg but after cuting stem its exactly 610 g

add some rock salt in water and rinse the broccoli to remove dirt

cinnamon - 5 small stick | fennel seeds - 1 tsp full | clove - 2 | garlic - 17 g | ginger - 12 g

few onions chopped for blending nicely

add oil 3 to 5 tbsp and saute the blended mixture in oil till turns aromatic

add onion chopped - 3 and saute until becomes translucent keep flame medium

add chopped tomatoes - 2 medium size and saute until it softens

add salt - 1/2 tsp | homemade masala - 1.5 tsp

Once the tomato mixture is well-cooked, add the broccoli florets. Mix everything well so the broccoli is coated with the spices

cook for 3 minutes and mix well

add water - 195 ml as this consumes less water compared to cauliflower

cover and cook for 35 min in simmer meanwhile saute 3 times well so that it do not burn at bottom

meanwhile open the lid and add coriander leaves and stir it

Once the broccoli is cooked to your desired tenderness, remove from heat
