Traditional Baingan Sabzi with Groundnut Oil Flavor Pan-Fried Eggplant with Groundnut Oil Sautéed Brinjal Delight in Groundnut Oil Groundnut-Infused Baingan Masala
✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
▼INGREDIENTS:
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
cloves - 10
cinnamon - 5 to 6 small sticks
ginger - 25 g
garlic - 130 g
groundnut oil - 60 ml
chopped onions - 4
chopped tomatoes - 2
brinjals - 6
water - 300 ml
coriander - 1 spring
Homemade masala - 2 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
lemon - half
▼PROCEDURE:
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp and cloves - 10 and cinnamon - 5 to 6 small sticks ginger - 25 g and garlic - 130 g
the effective ingredient for this curry is groundnut oil hence take 60 ml oil and saute the grounded masala in it
it smells aromatic saute until rawness goes off
add chopped onions - 2 and saute until becomes translucent
add chopped tomatoes - 2 medium size stir until it becomes mushy
meanwhile Chop the brinjals and immediately put them in water for 10 mins to prevent bitterness and browning after add into itsaute for 10 min in oil
now add homemade masala - 2 tsp and salt - 1 tsp
now add 2 chopped onion and blend it
add the blended onion paste into the mixture mix well
cook for 7 min after pour water - 300 ml
cover and cook in simmer for 35 min
squeeze half lemon and Garnish with chopped coriander
Serve hot with roti or rice
