Exploring Cabbage Side dish for festivals as sidedish
✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
▼INGREDIENTS:
Cabbage - 365 g
dried red chilli - 5
garlic crushed - 5 cloves or 25 g
salt - 1/4 spoon
turmeric - 1/4 spoon
bengal gram dal - 7g
oil - 27 g
coconut- 45 g
roasted gram dhal - 1 tsp
curry leaves
▼PROCEDURE:
Pour oil - 27 ml on high flame
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp | Jeera seeds - 1/4 tsp
let it splits turn medium flame
Dried red chilli - 5
this method is simple and easy way to cook
Bengal gram dal - 7 g
Crushed garlic - 5 cloves or 25 g
put some curry leaves and saute well
now drop washed cabbage - 365 g
saute on medium flame am making for 4 persons
turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Cook cabbage for 20 minutes on medium flame
meanwhile open and saute it for every 5 minutes so that it does not burn at the bottom wok
Coconut - 45g | roasted channa dal - 1 spoon for taste
finely grind it smooth powder
after 20 minutes adding roasted channa dal make the all mixture into one form
mix well
once mixed , turn off flame
Serve for rice goes well
