✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:

▼INGREDIENTS:

Ragi flour - 500 g

Groundnut - 304 g

Jaggery - 250 g

Cardamom - 9 (crushed )

warm water - 1 to 1.5 glass approx


▼PROCEDURE:

Simili Sweet balls - A Ragi Laddu

Boil Some water in a pan high flame

Ragi flour - 500 g

Now pour cold water into this hot water

Bring into luke warm water form

One glass water is enough just sprinkle

sprinkle the warm water and mix it

do not add excess water for this always sprinkle the water until the form comes

Now it is capable to make shapes , this is the form

Pour 1200 ml water

Place a white thick cloth on top of it

Make sure you use squeaky clean cloth

Close it and wait until steam comes water slightly leaks

High flame

It starts steaming now pour the ragi flour

Now close again tightly let it steam for 38 minutes

Medium flame - sim 2

Mean while pour 304 g of ground nuts and roast it on medium flame

Roast until turns golden brown

It turns aromatic turn off flame

after 38 minutes off the flame and leave for 10 min as it is so that the flour be in steam until we take

Remove the skin on groundnuts

Be sincere while making the process to get the recipe sweetest

It is vital to be dedicated when you cook

cardamom - 9

Jaggery - 250 g

Grind all mixture

The flour seems like mountain

Spread across the plate

add the grinded mixture and mix well constantly

Constant mixing is mandatory only then jaggery will spread across all the flour

Now knead into the hand

the quantity reduced

Make into round balls which are sweet ragi balls

The sweet balls highly rich in protein can be intaken when people who do not have regular menstruation cycle

Arranging the sweets balls in plate

One Big sweet balls to the core of the plate
