Exploring Raw Mango Pachadi in simple and elegant way
✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
▼INGREDIENTS:
Raw mango 2
onion - 1
tomato - 2
oil three spoon
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
jeera seeds - 1 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
homemade masala - 2 tsp
little water
jaggery 7 tsp
▼PROCEDURE:
Raw mango 2 & onion - 1 tomato - 2 are required
Pouring oil three spoon into the pan keeping flame high
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp and jeera seeds - 1 tsp let it splits so change medium flame
put 1 chopped onion and 2 tomatoes into it
Saute well until becomes transparent and mashy in medium flame or low flame
To make this recipe on fleek sauting is necessary so keep sauting constantly
Add two raw mango chopped and cleaned in water
Raw mango recipe is famous to serve during feast
once mixed add salt - 1 tsp
add homemade masala - 2 tsp full and stir well
Add little water to it
once stirred completely close with lid for 7 minutes to cook in simmer meanwhile open and stir 2 times
now add jaggery 7 tsp full use fresh quality jaggery for great taste
stir constantly until jaggery melts into the raw mango
stir and cook for 10 minutes on medium to simmer itself so that it does not burn at bottom wok
since we added two mango it can be served for 6 to 8 persons depending upon their requirement
Serve hot to experience both bitterness of raw mango and sweetness of jaggery together
