Exploring Mutton Brinjal through Briyani itself Instant making
since we make the recipe of brinjal gravy I add extra two tomatoes and some more extra garlic and ginger for the gravy along with briyani gravy itself hence watch out keenly to learn to make the recipe this is one of my trick to make the recipe instantly
Adding lot more ginger and garlic will boost our immunity my mom use to add garlic often in all recipe even in making chutney recipe to become healthy in olden days....
✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
▼INGREDIENTS:
Mutton 1 kg
10 cinnamon sticks and 10 cloves and 4 cardamom
oil as required
4 medium size onions
garlic - 43 cloves and ginger - 55 small pcs
Chopped tomatoes - 6 plus 2 tomatoes
one full tbsp of red chilli powder
salt - 1.5 tsp
300 ml water
turmeric powder some pinch
brinjal - 3
seeraga samba rice - 4 glass
half lemon
coriander and mint leaves
▼PROCEDURE:
Today I 'm Going to share one of my trick to make brinjal gravy through Biryani
pour oil - half cup into the pressure cooker
10 cinnamon sticks and 10 cloves and 4 cardamom
add 4 medium size onions to it and saute well
garlic - 43 cloves and ginger - 55 small pcs grind well
always add ginger garlic paste after onions become transparent
so that it does not burn at the bottom
Chopped tomatoes - 6 plus 2 tomatoes extra since am taking the gravy for brinjal in this itself hence
one full tbsp of red chilli powder
salt - 1.5 tsp
add 300 ml water keep flame medium
boil rinsed mutton 1 kg on high flame for 5 minutes so that it becomes soften
turmeric some to remove raw smell
then drop it into the gravy and mix well
keep 6 whistle on medium flame after whistle turn off leave for 15 minutes to release pressure then open it ensure safety
add two tbsp of oil into the pan drop 3 fresh chopped brinjal
cut the brinjal while dropping into the pan otherwise it turns black
fry in oil for 5 minutes in simmer
now I am taking the gravy around 300 g of mutton approximately from it
pour the gravy into it and boil in simmer
meanwhile add coriander leaves
cook for 15 minutes in simmer
revealed my trick keep it under wrap
now squeeze half lemon to rest of the gravy for making briyani
add coriander leaves and mint leaves fresh into it
boiling 4 glass of rice until rice cooked according to the gravy
since we took some gravy for the brinjal it has less salt hence add some salt according to the rice quantity after add the cooked rice
while dropping rice keep flame simmer mix well after turn off flame
