Black rice porridge with no pressure cooker healthy recipe
✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
▼INGREDIENTS:
Black rice - 200 g
jeera seeds - 1 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
water - 1500 ml
coconut - 50 g
▼PROCEDURE:
Rinse the black rice 200 g twice in running water Soak rice in normal water 500 ml for 12 hours
now grind the paste well
now pour 1500 ml water and boil it
drop the grinded paste to it and stir well constantly
add some salt - 1 tsp
add jeera seeds - 1 tsp
keep in medium flame stir constantly so that it does get burn at the bottom cook for 50 minutes until it becomes porridge-like
take 50 g of coconut wash and blend with some water make it like a paste and add to the porridge stir well
after 5 minutes turn off the flame
serve warm with dried turkery berry chips
