Exploring Mutton leg soup Recommending not to use corn flour for the recipe for rich taste and health
✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
▼INGREDIENTS:
Mutton legs - 200 g
Onion - 2 medium size
Tomato - 1 medium size
Ginger - 15 g
Garlic - 10 g
Water - 700 ml
Coriander leaves
Pepper - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Home made masala - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil required
▼PROCEDURE:
Pour 2 tbsp oil into pressure cooker high flame
Crushed ginger - 15 g | Crushed garlic - 10 g
Mutton legs - 200 g washed 3 times
the soup is highly rich in taste as well as healthy
Onion - 2 medium | tomato - 1 medium
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp full and turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Home made masala - 1/2 tsp
add water - 700 ml
Coriander leaves some freshly always wash the leaves 2 times in water to remove mud in it
Close and keep 6 whistles
after pressure released remove it
the soup came out with gel like form without adding corn flour
Mutton soup not required to add corn flour only for mushroom soup i add corn flour
Serve hot and have this before lunch to induce hunger
