Exploring Kattuyanam Rice For Improving Nervous system


It is the variety of Red rice .It has the bone strength of a Forest Elephant, which is why it is known as Kattu Yanam.

✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:

▼INGREDIENTS:

240 g of Kattuyanam Rice ( wash and soak the rice for 8 hours )

Jeera Seeds - 1 small tsp

Salt - 1 small tsp

Coconut - 80 g

Pepper - 1 small tsp g

Water as required


▼PROCEDURE:

Take 240 g of Kattuyanam Rice

It has the bone strength of a Forest Elephant, which is why it is known as Kattu Yanam.

Wash the rice 2 times in bore water to remove dirt in rice

It is variety of red rice commonly eaten in India and parts of Southeast Asia

The recipe which we are going to make helps to keep the cells and nerves healthy

Now soak the rice for 8 hours in water

After 8 hours take and grind into the mixer Jar

Pour water 900 ml into the pressure cooker

We use to intake the recipe as morning breakfast at 9 am

Regular intake at weekly thrice makes you stay fit and healthy

Jeera Seeds - 1 small tsp for aromatic and Salt - 1 small tsp

Stir constantly to make lump free

You should close the cooker with lid only after it starts boiling until that keep stirring

Stir constantly again

It Steams now close the pressure cooker

Keep 4 whistle in high flame

Coconut - 80 g and Pepper - 1 small tsp grind well finely

Once pressure released fully open the lid as i guided you in many of my videos

It came in jel like form that means cooked well

Now boil 3 glass of water in a pan

We are gonna bring into porridge form hence boil water

Pour hot water and stir well constantly

Stirring frequently is mandatory to bring into porridge form

once lump free add grinded coconut and pepper to it

Adding coconut is my style to enhance the taste of Kattu yanam rice

Making the recipe is so simple do not feel lazy to prepare it as has lot of benefits

Serve Hot I here made this for 4 persons

Have this in empty stomach as Breakfast and after 20 minutes you can have coffee or tea of your choice
