✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
▼INGREDIENTS:
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cashews - 1 /4 cups
dry grapes - 1/4 cup
Crushed Cardamom - 1/4 tsp
Milk - half litre ( boiled or raw)
Long cut vermicelli - 100g
sugar - 60 g
▼PROCEDURE:
Reheat the boiled milk medium flame
If raw milk , boil 25 minutes on simmer
Here I am using half litre milk
Long cut vermicelli - 100 g
we serve milk kheer with less vermicelli so it seems sweety if you want you can add more
Stir for 5 minutes until vermicelli boils
Crushed cardamom - 1/2 spoon
stirring constantly is mandatory
vermicelli is boiled nicely
Sugar - 60 g
now turn off flame keep aside
freshly bought ghee from local milk store
First purpose on milk kheer
Ghee - 2 tbsp on medium flame
Cashews - 1/4 cup
saute it until turns golden brown
Now add dry grapes and turn off flame
Pour it on the milk kheer and stir well
the aroma mesmerizes me
let it soak for 10 minutes before serving
milk kheer now ready to serve
This process of making kheer is simple and authentic
