▼INGREDIENTS:
Seema Ponnanganni Keerai (Dwarf Copperleaf) - 167 g ( 1 bunch)
toor dhal - 90 g
water - 300 ml
2 tbsp oil
mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
dried red chilli - 3
crushed garlic - 13 g
salt - 1/2 tsp
chopped onion - 2 medium size
▼PROCEDURE:
Seema Ponnanganni Keerai (Dwarf Copperleaf) - 167 g ( 1 bunch) rinse twice in water to remove mud
rinsed toor dhal - 90 g
add water - 300 ml
keep 3 whistles on medium flame
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp , cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Once the mustard seeds splutter add dried red chilli - 3
crushed garlic - 13 g
chopped onion - 2 medium size saute until becomes half transparent
Add the chopped Seema Ponnanganni Keerai to the pan Stir well to mix the spices and greens
It is an excellent source of vitamins A and C, which are crucial for maintaining good vision, skin health, and a robust immune system
this greens is also known as Dwarf Copperleaf or Sessile Joyweed
salt - 1/2 tsp
add the cooked too dal into it and cover and cook on medium flame for 15 to 17 min until the leaves soften
this actual color of the leaves must be reddish color some what purple like which is highly recommended
add little amount of water
If you have this recipe for 48 days constantly you may see great difference in skin complexion
