Flavorful Paneer and Bell Pepper Sabji
Exploring Paneer Capsicum Cauliflower Sabji Vegetarian Paneer Capsicum Curry
✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
▼INGREDIENTS:
500 g cauliflower
rock salt - 1 tbsp
turmeric powder some pinch
1 tsp of fennel seeds
cinnamon
7 cloves
ginger - 20 g
garlic - 35 g (one full small cloves )
onion medium size - 1
tomato chopped - 1 medium size
2 capsicum
Salt - 1/2 tsp
water - 150 ml
paneer 2 packs
▼PROCEDURE:
Boil 500 g cauliflower washed in warm water for 7 min
Add rock salt - 1 tbsp and mix well also add turmeric some pinch to remove dirt
now add ginger - 20 g garlic - 35 g (one full small cloves )
1 tsp of fennel seeds and some cinnamon and 7 cloves and grind well
heat 4 tbsp of oil in a kadai on high flame
add the blended mixture into it
change medium flame and saute it turns aromatic
its raw smell goes off only if you properly saute in oil
add chopped onion medium size - 1 saute until translucent
tomato chopped - 1 medium size
Add 2 capsicum its almost 280 g
cook for 3 min meanwhile take the boiled cauliflower into the plate
Salt - 1/2 tsp full and home made masala - 1 tbsp full
water - 150 ml and mix well its nothing but mixy jar left out masala water
add boiled cauliflower and mix well
keep simmer cook for 30 min
oil - 1 tbsp and add red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
add paneer 2 packs and roast in medium flame for 7 minutes so that panner sustain its shape
after 30 min add panner and mix well
coirander leaves to be added fresh and turn off flame serve hot
