"How to Make Flavorful Coconut-Curry Beans with Dried Red Chilli and Aromatic Spices"

This recipe is versatile, so feel free to adjust the seasonings and add your favorite ingredients like grated coconut to customize it to your taste. Enjoy your beans!

✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:

▼INGREDIENTS:

beans 400 g

oil - 3 tbsp

Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp

Jeera seeds - 1 /4 tsp

Urad dhal - 1/4 tsp

Dried red chilli - 3

crushed garlic - 5 cloves or 17 g

curry leaves

Salt - 1/4 tsp

Home made masala - 1/2 spoon

water - 96 ml

Coconut - 80 g


▼PROCEDURE:

pour oil - 3 tbsp into the pressure cooker

Keep flame in high

Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp

Jeera seeds - 1 /4 tsp

mustard seeds starts spilling hence change flame medium

Urad dhal - 1/4 tsp

Dried red chilli - 3

add crushed garlic - 5 cloves or 17 g and saute well

Add fresh curry leaves to it

add washed peeled beans 400 g to it

by choice you can also add 1 carrot to it for every 400 g beans 1 meidum size carrrot is apt to cook

here i do not have carrot hence not added

Salt - 1/4 tsp

Home made masala - 1/2 spoon

saute well to mix with beans

now keep flame high

water - 96 ml to be added

keep 3 whistles on high flame

Coconut - 80 g to be chopped and kept readily

after 3 whistles leave as it for 10 minutes and then open the whistle

Add the grinded coconut into the steamed beans

once mixed well ready to serve for rice

you can serve this as lunch box recipe
