boneless mutton - 260 g
ginger - 20 g and garlic - 26 g
oil - 200 ml
red chilli - 1 tsp full
salt - 1/4 tsp small
turmeric powder some
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
water some
▼PROCEDURE:
ginger - 20 g and garlic - 26 g
1 tsp full of red chilli powder and salt - 1/4 tsp
add pepper powder 1/4 tsp after add little water which is optional as we added small quantity not blending well like fine paste
this mixture is highly spicy hence i recommend you to wear hand gloves for mixing
take boneless mutton - 260 g which is rinsed twice in water
this step is important smashing the mutton like this will absorb the masala very well
add turmeric powder some pinch and blended paste Mix everything well to coat the mutton pieces evenly
my mom use to make this for me during my childhood this recipe could be eaten only on lunch not at dinner
use 1 tablespoon of corn flour
Let it marinate for at least 2 hours
Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the marinated mutton pieces into the oil, a few pieces at a time, so as not to overcrowd the pan
cook for 10 min on medium flame as mutton gets shrinks while frying in oil
this recipe is great during cold season and aged person must avoid eating this regularly
