Goat Brain Fry Recipe | Moolai Varuval | South Indian Style Brain Fry

✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:

▼INGREDIENTS:

Goat brain - 4 pcs

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

Homemade masala - 1 tsp

Ginger - 20 g

Garlic - 25 g

Onion - 3 chopped

Tomato - 1 chopped

Pepper powder- 1 tsp

Coriander leaves

oil as required


▼PROCEDURE:

Cleaning Goat Brain 4 pieces in fresh water

the goat brain seems fresh

Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder

Add 1 tsp of home made masala i usually make masala at home

generally Goat brain requires less masala however more pepper powder which added later

ginger - 20 g and garlic - 25 g

Medium Size Finely Chopped Onion - 3

Medium Size Finely Chopped Tomato - 1

add grinded ginger garlic paste and Coriander leaves

Mix well all the mixture together

Trust me guys this recipe gonna make you crazy

Pepper powder - 1 tsp where i grinded at home itself

Here Pepper Powder dominates than other masala

Cover and leave for 2 hours as it is

Keep tawa in high flame let it heat

Pour two tbsp oil into the tawa

Drop the Brain into the tawa not your brain I mean goat brain 😎

Fry in simmer for 15 minutes first only then it melts into the oil

Frying in simmer avoid the tawa to burn at bottom

Flip frequently to get brownish colour and oil gets evaporated into it

the recipe is simple to cook than making biryani

you have to constantly flip it to roast all brains

after 15 min change medium flame and fry for 2 minutes and change again simmer

it started shrinking and turning brown

after turning brown take it into the plate

repeat the same process for remaining brain fry

have patience to flip frequently only then it turns brown well

It shrinked take into the plate

I love it it melts in my mouth Brain fry is on fleek
