✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:

▼INGREDIENTS:

Country chicken leg - 125 g

Oil 2 Tbsp

onion - 1 medium size

tomato - 1 medium size

salt - 1/4 tsp

homemasala - 1/2 tsp

turmeric - 1/4 tsp

water - 700 ml

coriander leaves some

pepper crushed - 1 tsp


▼PROCEDURE:

Oil 2 Tbsp keep in high flame

Onion chopped 1 medium size

Curshed Ginger - 9 g | Garlic - 5 cloves

Tomato - 1 medium size

Change in medium flame

Salt - 1/4 tsp | Home masala - 1/2 tsp

Turmeric - 1/4 tsp

Water - 700 ml and coriander leaves some to be added

Country chicken legs - 125 g washed 3 times

the chicken legs has to be cooked within 3 hours if extended boil in hot water adding some salt and turmeric to remove raw smell

Pepper crushed - 1 tsp

Close the lid and keep 6 whistle in medium to high flame

always remove the lid once pressure released completely after 10 minutes to ensure safety

Almost done the soup perfectly

Serve hot these country chicken soup are famous in village but ias a mutton lover i usually have mutton soup will share you in upcoming video

but the soup is rich in taste
