Goat Trotters Paya Curry | Bakra Eid Special Recipe | Winter Special (Paya) – Authentic Flavor

The Goat trotters recipe is elegant and creamy texture done with simple tricks and process for any occasions. I here shown how to clean the goat trotters too for the beginners . Even the beginners and bachelors can learn to make creamy mutton paya like luxe restaurant style in affordable ingredients.

✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:

▼INGREDIENTS:

Mutton legs - 1 set

Turmeric - 1/2 tsp

Rock salt - 1 tbsp

oil - 60 ml

1 tsp of fennel seeds

cinnamon 3 pcs

cloves 3

chopped onions - 2 ( 180 g)

chopped tomato - 2

1.5 tsp - homemade masala

1 tsp salt

water - 800 ml

oil 2 tbsp

ginger 30 g

garlic - 30 g

Chopped onion 2 ( 245 g ) for paste

pepper corn - 2 tsp

Coconut - 40 g

water - 1 litre

coriander leaves


▼PROCEDURE:

Mutton Paya comes out with elegant texture

Fresh mutton paya 1 set let me clean this

Turmeric - 1/2 tsp and Rock salt - 1 tbsp

Pour some hot water and soak for 30 minutes

leave for 30 min

after remove the black hairs in the mutton paya as it gives bitterness

just scratch like this it will come and dip again

this thing has to be removed that cause bitterness

scratch randomly is enough

now wash in plain water

We cleaned perfectly ready to cook generally you must start cooking the paya within 2 hours of purchase

oil - 60 ml in high flame

1 tsp of fennel seeds heat until colour turns brown after change flame medium add cinnamon 3 pcs and cloves 3

Add chopped onions - 2 ( 180 g)

saute in oil until transparent

chopped tomato - 2

saute medium flame until tomato mashes

1.5 tsp - homemade masala

1 tsp salt

Mix well

add water - 800 ml

mutton paya is great for people who have leg pain

let it boil in high flame after add mutton legs

keep 5 whistle medium flame ensure safety

oil 2 tbsp and put ginger 30 g

Chopped onion 2 ( 245 g ) and garlic - 30 g

pepper corn - 2 tsp and saute in medium flame until turns aromatic

keep sauting constantly have patience

turn off flame and cool down

Coconut - 40 g and add the mixture and blend

presauting like this makes the sauce to be served next morning too

once pressure released open the lid

Add the paste and mix well

Again adding 300 ml water ( left out mixture water) for effectiveness of recipe

Stir constantly and add coriander leaves

Ensure coriander leaves to be cleaned in plain water 2 times as it has dirt and mud and then add it

now keep again 5 whistles in medium flame

Look at the texture the aroma melts me

Mutton paya is my favourite recipe the colour of the paya is exaggerating the taste

You can serve for 4 to 5 persons

I love this rosy mutton paya
