Delicious MINT CHUTNEY FOR TANDOORI with groundnut lightens the green💚 Texture

We can make groundnut chutney in two ways either with urad dhal or with groundnuts here i share you with groundnut as it is bit extra tastier than the other one . this chutney can be store and served until night too as we pre saute in oil before blending. usually the presence of groundnut make the dark green mint into lighter one but becomes sumptuous .

I have this chutney with Idly, dosa or some brinji recipes etc. you can have this chutney when you have heavy meal during lunch too.
