CARROT HALWA WITH MILK

✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
▼INGREDIENTS:
Milk Cream - stored for 4 to 5 months [ Store it tight steel container] Bore water that containing salt
Moringa leaf - 1 spring
Butter milk (where water mixed with curd) - 1 litre
▼PROCEDURE:
1. Drop the milk cream stored into the butter milk
2. All milk cream should be sink into the butter milk
3. Leave it for 3 days you must open 4th day for treating
4. Strain the milk cream leaving water blend into the mixer jar
5. Now add the bore water more to extract butter from it
6. here I 'm using bore water as it is salt content so that easily we can get the butter
7. once you extracted butter balls wash it with fresh clean bore water again
8. now pour it into the pan saute in medium flame till turns into yellowish form
9. keep stirring continuously those white butter beads will join together
10. For me it took 10 minutes on medium flame to clutter those white beads to make ghee 11. now drop moringa leaf and leave for 5 minutes
12. At last, filter the pure crystal clear ghee
13. finally while measuring it i got 220 ml of fresh homemade ghee
14. Making fresh ghee is incomplete without moringa leaf hence don't forget this method. 15. These ghee can be used for ghee roast , sweets etc.
