Exploring Healthy Parboiled Rice Porridge Delight

✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:

▼INGREDIENTS:

87 g of parboiled rice (puzhungal arisi )

cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp

water as required

salt as required


▼PROCEDURE:

87 g of parboiled rice (puzhungal arisi ) I have taken Sapatu parboiled rice

dry roast 2 min in medium flame and after turn off the flame

suitable for new born and also very healthy and good for stomach

1/4 tsp of cumin seeds

grind well the mixture

grind well the mixture

add 900 ml water

add required salt 1/4 tsp boil in medium flame for 20 min keep stirring constantly so that it does not burn at bottom

The porridge will become more thicker after 20 min

serve hot otherwise the porridge will be become thicker once cooled hence adjust water level and heat it before serving
