Exploring Chicken 65 without curd
✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
▼INGREDIENTS:
Chicken - 830 g
Ginger - 30 g and garlic - 30 g
1 medium size onion for making ginger garlic paste
chicken masala - 30 g
home made masala - 2 tbsp
half lemon
salt - as required
1.5 tbsp corn flour
▼PROCEDURE:
Ginger - 30 g and garlic - 30 g and 1 medium size onion for making ginger garlic paste
Rinse the 830 g chicken in water twice and after squeeze tightly to remove the rinsed water after add ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
chicken masala - 30 g and home made masala - 2 tbsp
salt - 1/4 tsp
I 'm not adding the curd because the masala will stick to the chicken tightly does not fall off from the chiekn while frying
sometimes adding curd will not stick the masala to the chicken while frying depending upon the chicken quality i will add curd
Squeeze half lemon in it
marianate for 2 hours cover with lid
after 2 hours add corn flour 1.5 tbsp corn flour has to be added while frying not in advance
once oil heated for 5 min high flame keep flame low and drop the chicken pieces one by one
fry in medium flame for 7 min stir meanwhile
once colour turned take it into the plate
while dropping the chicken again keep low flame
fry for 6 min after turned repeat the same process for the rest
the masala not sticked to the oil which is necessary for the recipe
