Turnip Carrot Vegetable Soup | The SOUP that Benefit us Regulates HYPER BLOOD Sugar Level

These soup can be in taken for 2 times per week which gives immense benefit for us. diabetic person gets lot of benefit if they have it 2 times for a week regularly.

Turnip Carrot Vegetable Soup

✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:

▼INGREDIENTS:

Turnip - 1

Carrot - 2

Pepper Powder - 1 tsp

Salt - 1/2 tsp

Homemade masala - 1/2 tsp

water - 1.5 glass

Garlic- 5 cloves


▼PROCEDURE:

chop the vegetable turnip and carrots

add 1.5 glass of water to the pan

drop the chopped vegetables

add 1/2 spoon of salt and homemade masala

add garlic 5 cloves and close the lid

keep on medium flame for 30 minutes

turn off flame and take into the plate allow it to cool after blend well

pour it into the bowl add the boiled vegetable water to it mix thoroughly

finally add 1 tsp pepper powder and serve hot

Garnish with coriander leaves

this soup has lot of health benefit
