Trying NEW MATAR PANEER - Huge From MASALA

✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:

▼INGREDIENTS:

Paneer 100g each - 2 packs

peas soaked in water overnight - 231 g ( for boiling 400 ml water )

onion - 3 (1 for gravy paste )

tomato - 3

Ginger - 26g

garlic- 26g or 12 cloves

kashmiri red chilli powder - 6 g or 1 tsp

salt - 2 tsp

water 800 ml

cashews - 8

cinnamon stick - 3 small pcs

cloves - 3

cardamom - 4

fennel seeds - 1 tsp

coconut pieces - 56 g

Oil - as required


▼PROCEDURE:


Pour Oil 4 tbsp on high flame

Garlic peeled and washed - 26 g or 12 cloves

Ginger - 26 g

stir until raw smell goes off

Chopped onion - 1 big size

Change medium flame

Cashews- 8 to be taken for thickness of the sauce

Keep stirring constantly until onion becomes transparent

Take into the plate allow it to cool completely before blending

Coconut pieces - 56 g

blend well smoothly with some water

Pour Oil 2 tbsp on high flame

Fennel seeds - 1 tsp

Let it turns brownish little bit

cinnamon stick - 4 pcs small

Cloves - 3

Cardamom - 4

once heated change medium flame

I repeated many times when and how to change the flames accordingly in my previous recipes

Anyway repeating for the new comer or subscriber of my channel

chopped onion - 2 medium size

Stir constantly until onions become translucent

now add ripen tomatoes - 3

stir all until shrinks completely

Kashmiri Red chilly powder - 6 g or 1 tsp

Salt - 2 tsp

400 ml water to be added

cover and boil for 5 minutes on medium flame

Pour the smooth blended paste

cover and cook for 25 min simmer

Peas - 231 g soaked over night

400 ml water for peas boiling

keep 2 whistles on medium flame

drain the water

drop the boiled peas and stir well

After 5 min

Fresh mint and coriander leaves - 1 spring

turn off flame keep aside the gravy

Paneer 2 packs to be fried in oil

stir fry in oil for 2 minutes medium flame

Now add the fried paneer into the gravy

let Mutter paneer gravy is great for parathas
