Exploring Brinjal Sauce In SESAME OIL
✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
▼INGREDIENTS:
Tomato - 3
Onion - 3
garlic - 10 cloves
Sesame oil - 1/2 cup
brinjal - 1/2 kg
Homamde masala - 3 tbsp
salt - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
curry leaves
800 ml water
400 ml tamarind water ( 41 g of washed tamarind )
mustard seeds - 1/4 tbsp
urad dhal - 1 /4 tbsp
seasoning balls - 1/2 tbsp
Sesame oil - 1/4 cup
▼PROCEDURE:
Pour Sesame oil - 1/4 cup
Let sesame oil heat on high flame
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Be safe it spills change medium flame
Urad dhal - 1/4 tbsp
Seasoning balls - 1/2 tbsp
the smell of sesame oil aroma is exotic
Chopped onion - 3
Saute until becomes transparent
garlic- 10 cloves
The recipe is famous in south indian cuisine
Tomatoes - 3 chopped
When you chop the brinjal drop in water other wise it turns blackish
Once shrinks add Brinjal chopped that soaked in water
Homemade masala - 3 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Stir well with the spices
pour 800 ml of water
Curry leaves to be added
COok on simmer for 20 minutes
41 grams of washed tamarind
soak in 400 ml water for 20 minutes
almost we done the Brinjal sauce
Squeeze the tamarind to extract juice
bring out in thick consistency
Filter it 2 times
Pour 400 ml tamarind water and mix well
Cook again for 15 minutes on simmer
Bubbling with aroma
This recipe can be kept until tomorrow morning
let it soak for 30 minutes before serving
