Restaurant Style Cauliflower Capsicum Potato Kurma | Perfect Side Dish for Chapathi

✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:

▼INGREDIENTS:

Oil - as required

Onion (big) - 2 chopped

Garlic - 35 g

Ginger - 20 g

1 kg cauliflower washed and boiling in water to remove dust from it

turmeric powder - 1 /4 tsp

salt - 1 tsp

Ghee - 1 tsp

Fennel seeds - 1 tsp

Cinnamon Stick - 5 pcs small

Cloves - 4 pcs and

1 medium size onion

3 medium size tomato chopped

3 chopped capsicum

raw potato - 1 ( without peeling skin )

Mint leaves and coriander leaves - 1 spring

Home made masala - 5 tsp full

Salt - 1.5 tsp

pour - 2 cups of water or 800 ml of water

50 g of coconut


▼PROCEDURE:

Pour Oil - 2 tbsp into the pan - High flame

Onion (big) - 2 chopped

Garlic - 35 g

Ginger - 20 g

Saute well 5 min on medium flame in oil

off flame and allow to cool for blending later

1 kg cauliflower washed and boiling in water to remove dust from it

Add turmeric powder - 1 /4 tsp and salt - 1 tsp

Boil for 5 minutes high flame and keep aside

pour oil again - 1/4 cup high flame

Ghee - 1 tsp

Fennel seeds - 1 tsp let it turns color change flame medium

Cinnamon Stick - 5 pcs small

Cloves - 4 pcs and add 1 medium size onion

3 medium size tomato chopped

Saute well until it shrinks well into the oil

3 chopped capsicum

raw potato - 1 ( without peeling skin )

if potato cooked with skin removes the gas and good for digestion hence while serving remove the potato peel

cook the vegetables for 10 minutes keep sauting

Mint leaves and coriander leaves - 1 spring

Home made masala - 5 tsp full

Salt - 1.5 tsp

pour - 2 cups of water or 800 ml of water

Drop the gobi into the sauce masala

Boil for 10 minutes medium flame with covering lid

now add 50 g of coconut to it and blend the paste

after 10 minutes add the blended paste as it enhances taste and thickens gravy

Mix well the masala and gravy

add some water to left overs in jar

Stir and boil for 30 minutes in simmer meanwhile saute 2 times so that it do not burn at the bottom wok

Cauliflower capsicum Potato Kurma is ready to serve
