▼INGREDIENTS:
Chicken - 1 kg ( washed 2 times in water )
Groundnut oil - 90 ml
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - 4 stick small
3 to 4 cloves
Ginger - 35 g
Garlic - 55 g
Rose onion - 1 for grinding
Rose Onion - 2 for gravy
Tomatoes - 3
4 tsp of home made masala
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Add water - 450 ml
coriander leaves
curry leaves
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
pepper 3 tsp
squeeze half lemon
▼PROCEDURE:

before cutting the onion have a glance of Rose onion size
pour Groundnut oil - 90 ml into the pressure cooker Ground nut oil make the sauce bit sweeter
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp let it turn brown on medium flame after add spices
Cinnamon - 4 stick small and 3 to 4 cloves
Ginger - 35 g | Garlic - 55 g | Rose onion - 1
add chopped rose onion 2 saute until transparent
the key ingredient is rose onion i used for ginger garlic paste as well as here which makes the sauce bit sweeter
add tomato - 3 chopped
now add ginger garlic paste keep flame simmer so that it does not burn at bottom
when you saute ginger garlic paste always saute in simmer as it burns at bottom hence to avoid i add after onions not initially
4 tsp of home made masala
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Add water - 450 ml
Drop some coriander leaves boil in medium flame
other side flame cook the 1 kg chicken with 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Sauting the chicken before dropping in cooker makes softer and removes the dirty water in it and also raw smell
saute in high flame for 5 minutes
keep flame in medium flame and keep 5 whistles
once pressure released fully open the lid
now enlighten the flame again boil it starts bubbling
add pepper 3 tsp and squeeze half lemon
mix well add curry leaves in it
boil for 10 minutes it becomes thickly like gravy after turn off flame
