ABOUT THE RECIPE:

🍊INGREDIENTS:

onion-1

dried red chilli - 4

moringa leaves /drumstick leaves - 1 bunch

Ragi flour - 1/4 kg

wheat flour - 100g /1 cup

warm water- 1 glass **

salt - 1 tsp

mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp

cumin seeds - 1 /2 tsp

urad dal - 1/2 tsp


cooking time : 20minutes serving: 4 make : 9


Note : use warm water for dough.

once flattening the dough immediately drop on tawa otherwise it will collapse when you keep this on plate after pressing the dough.
