DO NOT ADD LEMONS TO THE FISH FRY ********************** IT IS UNHEALTHY LEMON TO BE SQUEEZED ONLY FOR CHICKEN MUTTON NOT IN SEA FOOD RECIPES.
▼INGREDIENTS:
COD fish pieces- 2 kg
Marinate with:
- Salt- 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder- 1.5 tsp
- Homemade masala powder- 3 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste- 1.5 tbsp
- Corn Flour - 1 tsp [added Baji masala too (optional)]
- Coriander leaves chopped-1 spring
- Oil - 1 cup for frying
▼PROCEDURE:
Clean and wash the fish pieces.
Add all the items for the marinade specified above. Mix it well and set aside for 2 hr.
Corn flour to be added only while frying fish so that COD fish becomes crisp.
Take a frying pan and pour the oil.
Now place the fish pieces side by side and fry on medium heat for 3 mins.
Now turn the pieces on the other side and repeat the same on the other side
Turn it again and continue frying on low heat for 3 mins more on both sides.
Take it into the plate and repeat the same for remaining fish to fry.
COD Fish are rich in taste Next to butterfish fry.
