This Mushroom Corn Noodles is a delicious dish of sautéed mushrooms mixed with Boiled noodles and veggies in a soya sauce. The Mixture, sauce is conveniently made in the same pan as the sauteed mushrooms, garlic and onions, absorbing all of the great flavors as it thickens. I love the contrast of the crunchy corn to soft sauteed mushrooms.

ABOUT THE RECIPE:

✨INGREDIENTS:

Noodles/ Spaghetti - 1 pack

carrot - 5

Capsicum - 2

cabbage - 1/2 kg

Tomato - 4

ginger and garlic paste - 2 tbsp

corn - 1 /2 cup

Coriander - 1 spring

Home made masala - 2 tbsp

Noodles masala - 2 tbsp

Salt - 1 tsp

Soya sauce - 1/4 cup

Oil - 3/4 cup

Corn - 1/2 cup

Mushroom - 200 g

Water as required

cook time : 30 minutes servings: 5 Difficulty level : Medium
