▼INGREDIENTS:
In pressure cooker :
Oil - 1/4 cup (high flame)
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Mutton - 1/2 kg (washed)
Turmeric - 1/4 spoon
Home made Masala - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
water as required
For Gravy Thickens:
Oil - 4 tbsp
Coarsed Pepper powder - 1 full spoon
▼PROCEDURE:
Pour 1/4 cup oil into the pressure cooker keep in high flame
Add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste to it and saute till raw smell goes off
take 1/2 kg washed mutton and add into it
add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and 2tbsp homemade masala to it
add salt 1 tsp to taste
finally add required amount of water to it and close the lid with whistle
Keep 7 to 8 whistles in medium flame so that mutton becomes soft
On other side add 4 tbsp oil adn then add 1 full spoon of crushed coarsed pepper powder
keep in medium flame
after remove the lid and pour the mutton sauce into the pan
cook for 5 minutes and sprinkle the coriander leaves to it
stir continuously till mixture mixed well
cook for 20 in simmer meanwhile stir occasionaly so that it doesn't burn bottom of the pan.
after , turn off flame and serve hot the Mutton gravy recipe.
