onion - 2 garlic -1 full clove ginger - 1 /4 cup Pepper corn - 1 tbsp


Mutton - 850 gms or 3/4 kg

onion - 4

tomato - 4

Cinnamon - 3 stick

Cloves - 1/2 tsp

fennel seeds - 1 tsp

Coriander - 1 cup

mint leaves - 1 cup

coconut - 1/2 cup

homemade masala - 3 tbsp

salt - 1 tsp

oil as required water - as required


Cook time : 1 hour 30 minutes

Mutton cooking time :1 hour 15 min
