✨INGREDIENTS:
Mutton - 3/4 kg water - 700 ml for mutton
Seeraga samba Rice/Jeera rice/Malik deenar rice - 1 kg
water to cook rice - 1 and half litre
onion (medium sized) - 4
tomato (large) - 4
lemon - half
garlic - 42 cloves or 2 full sized garlic
ginger - a handful or 1/4 cup
Mint leaves - 1 cup full
coriander - 1 cup
Cinnamon - 10 stick
cardamom - 12
cloves - 14 or 1 tsp
oil - 1 full cup
ghee - 2 tbsp
red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
salt - 1 tsp
Cook time - 52 minutes (approx) Servings - 6 Difficulty level - Easy
