MUSHROOM GRAVY:
oil - 4 tbsponion - 1tomato - 2coriander powder - 1tspgaram masala -1/2 tsphome made masala - 1.5 tspturmeric - 1/4 tspsalt - 1 tspmushroom - 400 gcoriander- 1 springwater - 1 glass
DOSA BATTER :
raw rice /pachai arisi /kaccha chaval - 1/4 kgfenugreek - 1 tbspurad dal - 3 tbspsoak in water for 4 hoursallow the batter to ferment for 12 hours after add salt- 1/2 tsp
DOSA MAKING :
idly podi - 1 tspghee - 1 tspoil- as required
cooking time : 25 minutes serving: 4
