DATE NOON LUNCH Glazed MUTTON CHOPS for a DEAR ONES to cherish
✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:

Ginger - 23 g
Garlic - 50 g
Onion - 1 medium size
Kashmiri Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Mutton chops (washed) - 500 g
Groundnut oil rich in taste - 76 ml
home made masala - 1 spoon full
Onion medium size - 4
water - 250 ml
2 tsp crushed pepper powder
Coriander leaves
▼PROCEDURE:
Ginger - 23 g | Garlic - 50 g
Onion - 1 medium size
Kashmiri Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Adding onion purpose is to blend well smooth
Salt - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Mutton chops (washed) - 500 g
The mutton chops is great for treating cold
Marinate for 1 hour
keep this water aside for later purpose
Groundnut oil rich in taste - 76 ml

Let Groundnut oil heat on high flame for 15 seconds
Onion medium size - 4 change medium flame
Saute until onion becomes transparent
Drop home made masala - 1 spoon full
The mutton chop recipe is simple and elegant as well as easy to learn
Change simmer add the mutton chops marinated
close for 2 minutes then stir
Cook for 10 minutes simmer
Meanwhile I opened and stir checking the chops
stir checking like this avoids the burnt at the bottom wok
Now add the masala water into it and stir well
add 250 ml water again
cook for 45 minutes medium flame
At ast add 2 tsp crushed pepper powder
Coriander leaves to be added
stir until pepper mixes well
Mutton chops ready to serve
