The Royal Chicken biryani is made with Jeera rice or malik deenar rice or seeraga samba rice which goes exemplary for the recipe of chicken biryani. Chicken biryani is a soul food recipe made with indian spies ,malik deenar rice usually with chicken along with red chilli masala.
The hyderabadi chicken biryani is made without garam masala ands cumin. I’ve intentionally chosen the ingredients and quantities to give this chicken biryani a strong foundation such as avoided green chilli.

Rice (seeraga samba rice / malik deenar ) - 1 kg chicken - 1 kg chopped Big onion - 3
tomato - 5 ginger garlic paste - 1/4 cup coriander leaves - 1 cup mint leaves - 1 cup lemon - half cardamom - 7 piece cinnamon (small) - 10 stick cloves - 1/2 tsp oil - 1 full cup red chilli powder - 1.5 tbsp salt - 1 tsp soya sauce - 2 tsp curd /yogurt- 2 tsp water as required
