Ingredients:
Rice (seeraga samba) Malik deenar - 3/4 kg
Onion(medium) -4
Cashew - 1/2 cup
cardomom - 4
water - 8 glass
Ghee - 3tbsp/ 50 g
bayleaf - 4
cloves - 6
cinnamon - 10
salt-as req/ 2tsp
Dried red chilli - 10
oil - as req / 6tbsp
mint leaves - 1cup
coconut paste - 1 cup
while adding rice, cook on medium flame for 10 minutes until rice is well cooked.
