▼INGREDIENTS:

Raw Cow Milk fresh - 230 ml

Curd - 2 tsp


▼PROCEDURE:

Let me show you how to intake flavourful curd effectively with aromatic

Boil 230 ml milk on medium flame till milk layer forms

This is fresh cow milk without adding water

Boil milk for 10 minutes until thickens

Now turn off the flame and cool it for an hour

After cooling add 2 tsp curd into the milk and stir well

This curd will ferment with milk overnight and bring out the flavourful layered curd which is exotic

Since here winter season going on I am leaving overnight and opened next day morning at 10.30 am

See how the curd forms into layers

If you making curd during summer prepare this method at morning and can have during afternoon

You can have this curd daily with paratha or as it is to make you fit and more healthy

I love the smell of the curd its topnotch
