Exploring Snake gourd sabzi recipe | Long padwal bhaji maharastiran style for chapathi intake this within 3 hours and since its is watery vegetable avoid consuming during cold seasons
✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
▼INGREDIENTS:
oil - 2 tbsp
onion - 1 big
tomato - 2 medium
mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
snake gourd - 260 g
water 400 ml
homemade masala - 2 tsp full
salt - 1 tsp
▼PROCEDURE:
Pour oil 2 tbsp heat in medium flame add - mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp and cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp let it splutter
add 3 dried red chilli and after add 1 big size onion and 2 medium tomato
some rinsed curry leaves
add rinsed and chopped snake gourd - 2 it almost 260 g
add 2 tsp full of home made masala and 1 tsp salt
add 350 ml water as it is watery vegetable consumes less water
rinsed toor dal - 100 g and stir well
Adjust the consistency by adding a little water if necessary
keep 3 whistle on medium flame
after 3 whistle leave for 15 minutes to release pressure completely after open it
Once everything is well-cooked and the kootu reaches your desired consistency, remove from heat
Serve your delicious Snake Gourd Kootu hot with chapati
