Exploring SOYA chunks 65 made without boiling Meal Maker in water | CRISPY But Ok

soya chunks cut into small pieces for masalas to melt into it otherwise masala will not absorb inside the soya chunks, it may look outer good but inside it will not absorb masala properly if not cut into small hence i cut this into small pieces to enrich its taste.


Soya chunks are okay which does not taste like mutton as mutton has fat content generally taste matters on the food depends upon the presence of its own nature such as fat content and freshness of the quality food product. here soya is rich in protein content even though it is slightly less in taste .


✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:

▼INGREDIENTS:


Soya chunks - 1/4 kg


Homemade masala - 3 tsp (if not add red chilli masala)


Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp (optional)


Pepper masala - 1 tsp


Corn Flour - 1 tsp


Curd - 2 tbsp


Salt - 1/4 tsp


▼PROCEDURE:

Soak soya chunks in water for 1 hour so that it absorbs water

cut the soya chunks into small pieces so that masalas will absorbs into it

In Mutton has fat so it absorbs masala well whereas in soya chunk is rich in protein doesn't absorb masala into it.

now squeeze the soaked soya chunks tightly to drain water

Add ginger garlic paste (optional) and homemade masala, pepper and salt and then curd into the bowl

Mix well the spices with some water and bring into thick consistency the masala spices

Make sure you remove water from soya chunks completely after drop it into the masala spices

after add corn flour 1 tsp and then leave for half hour

cook in medium flame for 5 min roast until goldish brown colour after serve hot

The soya chunks are very rich in protein so have this occasionally not regularly.

People who don't like mutton will have this as it seems like it however both are good for health it it is limited.
