Delicious and Healthy Black Rice Recipes
✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
▼INGREDIENTS:
Black rice - 500 g
water 1500 ml
▼PROCEDURE:
Black rice - 500 g soaked in water over night
Drain the water as i use the water for planting herbs
pour the soaked rice in pressure cooker
1450 ml water added to it
Keep in medium flame cover and keep 6 whisltes
after 6 whistles turn off flame leave for 10 minutes to release pressure
After open the lid
These black rice must be cooked in pressure pan only usually i cook white rice in boiling water without cooker
the rice is great for good immune power try out the recipe guys
