Adding Milk will enrich sweetness to the curd rice
✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
â–¼INGREDIENTS:
Raw Rice - 1/2 kg
Water - 1/2 litre
boiled milk - 2.5 glass
hing powder - a pinch
curd - 1 full cup
salt - 1 /2 tsp
dried red chilli - 5
Cumin seeds , Mustard & Urad dhal - 1 tsp
curry leaves
â–¼PROCEDURE:
Raw rice - 1/2 kg ( soaked for 30 minutes)
Pour - half litre water
Keep on medium flame
once boils change to simmer mix well
cook 25 minutes until rice slightly stick to each other
Pour 2.5 glass of boiled milk
Mix well
Adding milk enhance curd rice taste
add salt - 1 /2 tsp based on needs
Pour oil 1 tbsp
dried red chilli - 5
Cumin seeds , Mustard & Urad dhal - 1 tsp
add Hing powder a pinch
Curd rice is incomplete without curry leaves
now turn off the flame
Pour fresh curd 1 cup
Mix well from top to bottom
