Colostrum Spongy & Juicy Rasagulla Recipe at Home A Step-by-Step Guide Rasagulla Delight

✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:

▼INGREDIENTS:

Colostrum - 750 ml ( i am using 3rd day colostrum )

water - 320 ml

sugar - 150 g

some crushed cardamom

cotton cloth to filter


▼PROCEDURE:

The Milk is cold as i taken from refridgerator hence bringing into to room temperature for 10 minutes by the way its Colostrum

Colostrum is the milk produced during the first few days after birth actually this is 3 rd day milk usually it has yellowish texture than the normal milk

now after 10 minutes boil in medium flame

It curdles after some boil itself since it is 3rd day milk it curdles

actually i had 1st day Colostrum during my childhood my mom use to do a sweet recipe putting jaggery as it not curdles ,hence i make rasagullas in this

anyway do not worry if at all i get 1st day colostrum i will make that recipe which i had from mom later

this is 750 ml colostrum which curdles and drained it in cotton cloth

it hot unable to touch it

wash this in running water

Squeeze tightly and remove it and take into the plate

now knead like a dough for some minutes to get sticky

knead with your palm like this so that we can make small balls

rotate into small ball shapes as it bulge in water later

pour 320 ml water into the pan and heat in medium flame

Sugar - 150 ml stir until it dissolves

add some crushed cardamom for aroma

drop the balls into it

boil for 15 minutes in medium flame until bulges

see the size it doubles now flip and boil for 5 minutes again

some becomes flatter not an issue but ensure the taste

Turn off flame and soak for 5 hours after serve
