🍊INGREDIENTS:

chicken - 1/2 kg

onion- 2 +1 for garlic paste making

tomato -2

ginger - 2 pcs

garlic- 10 cloves

coriander - 1 spring

mint- 1 spring

green chilli- 4 (small)

home made masala - 2 tsp

salt- 1 tsp

pepper - 1 tsp

turmeric - 1 pinch

oil- 3tbsp

Note: wash the chicken thoroughly and marinate with turmeric before making.

pepper - 1 tsp

some coriander and onions for garnishing oil as required.
