Exploring Broccoli Black eyed Peas Curry
✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
▼INGREDIENTS:
Ginger - 16 g
Garlic - 20 g
chopped onion - 3 medium size (1 for ginger garlic paste )
oil - 5 tbsp on high flame
Cinnamon - 5 small stick
Cloves - 6
Tomato - 2
Homemade masala - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
water 400 ml
380 g of black eyed peas (washed)
900 g of broccoli (washed)
curry leaves and coriander
▼PROCEDURE:
Ginger - 16 g
Garlic - 20 g
chopped onion - 1 medium size
I always make ginger garlic paste with onion so that gravy comes thick
Pour oil - 5 tbsp on high flame
Cinnamon - 5 small stick
Cloves - 6
add chopped onion - 2
change medium flame
Tomato - 2
stir on oil so that it shrinks completely
proper stirring is necessary to avoid rawness
now change to simmer while dropping ginger garlic paste
constant stirring is necessary so that it does not burn at bottom
when you add ginger garlic paste must be in simmer other wise it gets burned to the bottom wok
now change medium flame again
Homemade masala - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Add water 400 ml
stir well close and cook for 5 minutes until boiling
380 g of black eyed peas ( washed )
Add curry leaves and coriander
presently I have no coriander leaves
cook for 15 minutes on simmer
washing 900 g of broccoli
these Broccoli are seems fresh and succulent
This broccoli recipe with black eyed peas is great for side dish
now close for 5 minutes until it gets inside the sauce
stir gently without spilling
Cook this on simmer itself for 30 minutes
In between check broccoli and stir for 3 times
broccoli absorbs the water and becomes juicy turns light greenish
Now broccoli is cooked well on steam
This broccoli gravy aroma melts my heart
