The biggest Chicken Biryani thought in Pressure Pan

✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:

▼INGREDIENTS:

Chicken - 750 g washed 2 times

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

Oil - 60 ml or 7 tbsp

Ghee - 1 tsp

Cinnamon - 5 Stick

Cloves - 7

Cardamom - 3

ginger - 30 g

garlic - 40 g

onion - 3 medium size

Tomato - 3 medium size

Red Chilli Powder - 16g or 1.2 tsp

salt - 1 tsp

Rice - 480 g soaked for 30 minutes

Water - 750 ml

Mint and coriander leaves - 1 spring

Curd - 1 spoon

Lemon Half


▼PROCEDURE:


Garlic - 40g

Ginger - 30 g some onions chopped for blending

keep aside

750 g of chicken wash 2 times in bore water

marinate with turmeric - 1/4 tsp

this will avoid raw smell of chicken

480 g of Seeraga Samba Rice

wash in running water

soak in drinking water for 30 minutes

pour oil 60 ml or 7 tbsp in pressure pan

keep high flame and pour 1 tsp ghee

Cinnamon - 5 stick change medium flame

Cloves - 7

Cardamom - 3

Chopped onion - 3 medium size

add ginger garlic paste now and saute without burning at bottom

Adding ginger garlic paste after onion will reduce burning at bottom

Chopped tomatoes - 3 medium size

Red chilli - 16 g or 1.2 tsp

Salt - 1 tsp

coriander and mint leaves fresh - 1 spring

cook until tomatoes mashes

water - 750 ml to be added

keep high flame let it boil

Curd 1 spoon and soya sauce 1 tsp (optional)

Simultaneously pre cook chicken 750 g to remove dirty water from it

Saute the chicken for 5 minutes in medium flame to extract water

now off the flame and drop the chicken into the pressure pan

drop only the chicken dispose the dirty water

the technique enhance tender of chicken

cook for 30 minutes on medium flame until chicken becomes softer

now drain the water and drop the rice into pressure pan

spread the rice evenly here comes vital part where you have to cook the rice perfectly unlike overcooked

Cover the lid carefully with rubber tube keep 1 whistle on medium flame

1 Whistle blow is enough otherwise it may burn at bottom be carefull in whistle

turn off flame and leave 15 minutes as it is do not open until pressure releases completely safety first

now stir the rice from top to bottom and serve hot
