Here I shared Sirukeerai Kootu / Salaad Moong Dhal in easy way that has immense benefits
▼BENEFITS OF THE SIRUKEERAI SPINACH: Effective for diabetes It is rich in phosphorus which is good for kidney health. Good for gastric and urinary problems Rich in vitamin A C and K Rich in iron content
▼INGREDIENTS:
Lettuce or Salaad or Sirukeerai - 250 g ( 1 bunch )
60 g Moong dhal
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Crushed 9 g garlic
1/4 tsp jeera seeds
5 dried red chillies
half tsp salt
water 200 ml
▼PROCEDURE:
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Be carefull oil spills keep medium flame and further add 1/4 tsp jeera seeds and 5 dried red chillies

Crushed 9 g garlic
recently i heard garlic price raised in my place be mindful the quantity of garlic guys
water 200 ml enough
generally greens doing like side dish will consume less water
half tsp salt
60 g Moong dhal wash in cold water
put into it and mix well
I use this washed moong dhal water for planting, I generally use dhal water for planting glad to share this trick with you
Lettuce or Salaad or Sirukeerai - 250 g ( 1 bunch )
wash the lettuce greens before adding
use like this big kadai for mixing well
I planned to put green leaf series in the near future let me know suggestions
Cover and cook medium flame for 20 minutes
Meanwhile saute for 3 times and close
After 20 minutes Lettuce greens are ready
You can mix it with white rice and can serve it
Lettuce greens are great for health
