The Curry is prepared uniquely with carrot and home masala
✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
â–¼INGREDIENTS:
Ginger Garlic paste - 1.5 tbsp :-
Ginger - 16 g
Garlic - 15 g or 10 cloves
Onion small chopped - half quantity
Potato Curry:
Potato - 7
water - 2 glass for boiling potatoes
chopped onions - 3
chopped tomato - 1
carrot - 1
green chilli - 12
salt - 1 tsp
homemade masala - 1/ 2 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
water - 1 glass
coriander - 1 spring
curry leaves - 1 spring
â–¼PROCEDURE:
Potatoes - 7 (washed)
add 2 glasses of water
4 whistles in medium flame
after 4 whistles leave for 5 minutes to cool after open it
take it into the plate and peel of the skin a keep aside
Ginger - 16 g
garlic - 15 g or 10 cloves
saute (Mustard seeds , cumin seeds, urad dhal) - 1 tsp in 1/2 cup oil
Ginger garlic paste - 1.5 tbsp
Saute until rawness goes off in medium flame
Onions - 3 chopped
after add tomato medium size - 1
saute in oil nicely till turns into transparent
Green chilli - 12 | carrot - 1
adding carrot enrich some sweetness to this spicy curry
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
homemade masala - 1/2 tsp
water - 1 glass and stir well
cook for 10 min simmer
add mashed boiled potatoes to it mix well
mix thoroughly so that potatoes absorbs all spices
sprinkle coriander and curry leaves
cook 5 min
turn off the flame serve with poori or chapathi
