Radish Greens 🍃 with groundnuts roasted | Mooli Ka Saag (INDIAN STYLE) -How to make Mooli Ka Saag 🍃mullangi soppu palya | Daikon leaves
✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
▼INGREDIENTS:
Groundnuts (raw) - 110 g
Radish greens leaf - 400 g
salt - 1/2 tsp
dried red chilli - 6
garlic cloves - 6
▼PROCEDURE:
Groundnuts - 110 g ( keep on high flame )
Roast nicely until turns brownish
when started heating change medium flame stir constantly
Add dried red chilly - 6
Add dried red chilly - 6
now keep aside let it cool completely
pour half tumbler of water medium flame
salt - 1 tsp
put 400 g of radish greens washed
close for 2 minutes
saute well till it cooks completely
cover and cook for 10 minutes simmer
meanwhile remove the seeds in chilly and grind the groundnuts and chilly
this is simplest method of all but enormous taste
add 6 garlic clove
now it shrinks time to add the mixture
mix well thoroughly for better taste
turn off the flame
serve hot
