Exploring Black eyed Peas And Brinjal Curry for rice recipes
✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
▼INGREDIENTS:
Oil - 2 tbsp
Fennel Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Crushed ginger - 5 g
Crushed garlic cloves - 6
chopped onion - 1 medium size
chopped tomato - 1
brinjal - 2
homemade masala - 1.5 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Pour water 330 ml
Coriander leaves - 1 spring
Now drop 170 g of Black eyed peas
Note : when you cut the brinjal drop into the water until you cook it
▼PROCEDURE:
Drop into water as soon as you cut the brinjal otherwise it turns black
Oil - 2 tbsp - high flame
Fennel Seeds - 1/4 tsp
it turns aromatic and spills change flame medium
Crushed ginger - 5 g
Crushed garlic cloves - 6
add chopped onion - 1 medium size
This recipes is great for curd rice
Add chopped tomato - 1
cook and stir on medium flame until it shrinks
Now take brinjal - 2 and drop into it instantly
Add fresh homemade masala - 1.5 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Pour water 330 ml
Coriander leaves - 1 spring to be added and stir well
Cook on sim 1 for 10 minutes until brinjal shrinks
Now drop 170 g of Black eyed peas (washed)
Cook on simmer for 30 minutes meanwhile saute 2 times
Water evaporates completely
The black eyed peas seems aromatic and fleshy
Serve hot for curd rice or other rice recipes
